PR 111 Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout. Understanding these terms will help you read the rest of this document more clearly.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. PR 111 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your PR 111 account balance in real time for most payment methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day depending on your bank's processing schedule. All deposits must originate from payment accounts in your own name. PR 111 does not accept third-party deposits — any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the account holder will be returned and the account flagged for review.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in these terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where possible.

Standard processing timelines at PR 111:

• GCash and Maya: Typically within minutes to a maximum of 1 hour during normal operations.
• InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers: Within the same banking day if requested before 3:00 PM PHT; next banking day for later requests.
• Card withdrawals: 3–5 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

Before your first withdrawal, PR 111 may require KYC verification documents including a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method. This is a standard regulatory requirement. Providing false or misleading verification documents is a serious violation of these terms and Philippine law.

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes

• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits
• Money laundering or using the PR 111 platform to transact funds derived from illegal activity
• Creating accounts on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your account
• Any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior directed at PR 111 staff or other players via chat or support channels

PR 111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms and Conditions have been violated
• The account holder does not meet eligibility requirements
• Fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited conduct has taken place
• Account security has been compromised and closure is necessary to protect the player

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PR 111 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings under investigation) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to violation of these terms, PR 111 reserves the right to retain any balance held in that account as partial or full compensation for any losses caused by the player's actions.
